Cao Cao Mobility announced it has integrated with China Mobile's 12580 Personal Smart Assistant, becoming the telecom carrier's first ride-hailing ecosystem partner, with the initial pilot unveiled during MobileLink 2026. Users can hail rides in natural language within the assistant and complete trip confirmation, vehicle type and price selection, and fare settlement in the same chat interface, forming an in-app closed loop from demand expression to service fulfillment. Technically, Cao Cao Mobility connected to China Mobile's Lingxi master control system through a one-time integration via the A2A protocol, and the company said it expects to enter more of China Mobile's ecosystem entry points in the future to expand its service reach. The partnership combines Cao Cao Mobility's compliant capacity scheduling and mobility service assurance capabilities with the 12580 assistant's AI intent recognition, voice interaction, and task scheduling functions. Cao Cao Mobility has previously connected with Doubao Phone Assistant, Honor YOYO, OPPO Breeno, and Qwen AI Glasses, all supported by CaoCao Robo OS. The partnership reflects how Chinese ride-hailing platforms are moving their entry points forward to AI assistants and voice interfaces.
