Ducati is making a strong comeback after victories in Hungary and the Czech Republic, with Gigi Dall'Igna, head of the racing department, expressing happiness after a perfect race in Brno and a wonderful weekend. Marc Marquez and Pecco Bagnaia, the two official Ducati riders, are back in the wake of world championship leader Marco Bezzecchi. Bagnaia won the Sprint race, Marquez the long race, with Bezzecchi crashing on Saturday and suspended on Sunday for the notorious slap to the marshal. Dall'Igna stated: "A perfect race, a splendid victory. Simply, a wonderful weekend." He noted that Bagnaia's third-place finish meant four Ducati bikes finished in the top six. Marquez triumphed with sagacity and strategy, demonstrating continued improvement in physical condition on a tough track. Bagnaia achieved his fourth consecutive podium on Sunday and is 53 points behind Bezzecchi. Starting from Assen, the Desmosedici wants to make it a hat-trick after the victories of the number 93 at Balaton Park and Brno.
