Bit Origin (NASDAQ:BTOG) agreed to acquire about US$11 million of NVIDIA Blackwell B300 AI infrastructure, consisting of 16 servers. The seller has already purchased the servers, with delivery currently expected in Q3 2026 and deployment at a data center in Malaysia. Backed by contracted customer and hosting arrangements, Bit Origin expects about US$360,000 in recurring monthly revenue before operating expenses once the servers are delivered and online. The purchase price is US$1 million in cash and US$10 million in equity via pre-funded warrants, marking the company’s first next‑generation Blackwell AI transaction.
