Those figures do not mean one country uses more AI overall in every setting; they show where the technology appears in the work patterns measured by ATLAS. Google describes ATLAS as a way to examine how people use AI in offices, laboratories, and creative studios around the world, adding data visualizations so visitors can explore the project’s wider collection of global data points, and says the research also looks at how scientists are using AI.
