Yosemite Robotics, a Shanghai-based company with over 15 years of AI expertise and over five years of robotic mower R&D, is returning to spoga+gafa in Cologne to introduce its second-generation Lawnova robotic mower lineup ahead of a planned U.S. Kickstarter campaign. According to Mordor Intelligence, the global robotic lawn mower market is projected to reach USD 2.74 billion in 2026 and grow to USD 5.32 billion by 2031, a 14.18% CAGR, supported by tight labor supply, rising interest in autonomous equipment, and regulatory momentum like California’s zero-emission rules. The technical core is the NovaMind 3.0 platform, integrating inertial measurement units into an AI stack for wire-free outdoor navigation. The X Series combines RTK positioning, LiDAR, IMU, and computer vision with an NVIDIA Orin platform delivering 40–67 TOPS, supporting 2–3 cm positioning accuracy and boundary setup-free operation. The P Series, a commercial-grade platform for large-area maintenance, features four-wheel drive with front-wheel active steering, dual LiDAR, a Jetson Orin NX platform with up to 150 TOPS, and powertrain options including hybrid-electric, hydrogen, and pure electric configurations.
