Cloocus announced on Sept. 18 that it will strengthen cloud and AI adoption and operations services to help small and medium-sized enterprises make greater use of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot. It will provide technical consulting and cloud operations services to first-time Azure customers and companies currently using Azure purchased directly, analyzing usage environments and cost structures to propose more efficient operating plans, and supporting a shift to the CSP model so licenses and cloud operations can be managed in an integrated way if needed. It will offer a 10 percent payback benefit to new Azure buyers under certain conditions, and for existing direct Azure buyers switching to the CSP model it will provide professional services including cost optimisation consulting, technical support, operations status management and incident response. It will also serve companies expanding generative AI use, offering services to build an enterprise AI environment based on Azure OpenAI for customers emphasizing governance such as security, data management and user permissions. For new Microsoft Copilot buyers, it will offer up to a 25 percent discount and additional license benefits under certain conditions. Lee Seok-won, head of indirect business sales, said the role of a professional technology partner managing costs, security and operations together is becoming important.
