China's AI video generation sector has attracted significant capital, with ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 holding over 80% market share, Kuaishou's Kling AI achieving a post-money valuation of $18 billion, and Aishi Technology completing a Series C round of nearly 3 billion yuan. On July 14, Aishi Technology announced cumulative Series C funding of 2.98 billion yuan (approximately $441.1 million), led by Alibaba. On July 2, Kuaishou announced Kling AI had completed nearly $3 billion in first-round independent financing, with a post-money valuation of $18 billion, close to 76% of Kuaishou's total market capitalization, setting a global record for the largest single-round financing by a multimodal large model company. Kling AI's investor lineup included CPE, Guofang Venture Capital, BlueFive, Tencent, CITIC Securities, and Zhongguancun Science City Fund, with industrial capital from Alibaba Cloud, Baidu, Huace Film & TV, and Mango Industry Investment. Kling AI achieved revenue of approximately 1.1 billion yuan (approximately $162.8 million) in 2025; first-quarter 2026 revenue exceeded 650 million yuan (approximately $96.2 million), representing year-over-year growth of over 300%.
