Alphabet reported total revenue of $119.8 billion and net income of $112.1 billion for the quarter ended June, with Google Cloud revenue rising 82% to $24.8 billion, accelerating from the 63% jump in the preceding three months. CEO Sundar Pichai attributed the momentum to an integrated AI portfolio including chips, models, data, security and agent platforms, noting that Gemini is deeply integrated across cloud products such as Gemini Enterprise, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity and Google Workspace. Pichai highlighted three drivers of expansion: winning new customers with acquisition velocity more than doubling year-over-year; deepening relationships with existing customers expanding usage and exceeding commitments by more than 50%; and driving growth with partners via Google Cloud Marketplace transactions growing over 7x year-over-year. He added that nearly 90% of Fortune 100 are using Gemini Enterprise, and the agent development kit reached nearly 70 million total downloads in Q2. Nearly 500 cloud customers each processed more than 1 trillion tokens in the last year, and over 2,000 enterprises consumed over 100 billion tokens. Chief Business Officer Philipp Schindler stated that Gemini is also powering growth in the search category through deployment across ads infrastructure.
