As of July 10, 2026, Tesla AI confirmed that FSD V14 Lite is rolling out to early access AI3 (Hardware 3) owners in South Korea, marking the first HW3 FSD deployment outside North America. The software distills intelligence from the newer HW4 V14 stack using reinforcement learning and offline AI models, allowing HW3 to learn directly from HW4's behavior. Early adopters in North America, where the rollout began around June 29, have described the leap as dramatic. To qualify, a vehicle must be a US-built Model 3 or Model Y (AI3 / HW3), enrolled in the FSD early access program in South Korea, and have an active FSD subscription or purchased FSD. Vehicles not eligible include Model 3 or Model Y manufactured in China, Hardware 4 (AI4) vehicles, and those not on the early access program.
