Hyperscale Data, Inc. announced the establishment of a Michigan AI development reserve account targeting approximately $120 million to support the continued development of its Michigan AI data center campus. Pursuant to the Company's previously announced Master Services Agreement with a California-based neocloud provider, the customer has already provided deposits and non-recurring charges of $10.6 million. The Company has begun allocating additional capital from its At-the-Market offering to the Michigan Reserve Account. As previously announced, as of June 24, 2026, the Company held approximately $94.8 million of cash, restricted cash, Bitcoin and silver on its balance sheet. Hyperscale Data also announced it intends to begin publishing monthly Michigan AI infrastructure progress reports, with the first report expected in July 2026. The Company anticipates that the principal source of the proceeds to be deposited into the Michigan Reserve Account will be generated by its ATM offering.
