ZoomInfo announced Talent Autopilot, its most advanced technology for recruiting, designed to help talent acquisition teams discover and engage qualified candidates that traditional search can miss. The platform brings together ZoomInfo's professional and company intelligence with autonomous reasoning and action; instead of relying primarily on titles, keywords, and filters, recruiters provide the context of a role, and Talent Autopilot reasons across skills, experience, career paths, and company intelligence to discover candidates whose qualifications may not be immediately obvious. Talent Autopilot supports the recruiting workflow from candidate discovery through initial engagement, allowing recruiters to provide role requirements and hiring context, review discovered candidates, refine results using natural language feedback, manage candidates, personalize outreach through connected Gmail or Outlook accounts, and work alongside existing applicant tracking systems, while remaining in control of candidate selection and outreach. The launch comes as employers scrutinize the data behind emerging recruiting technology; new research from Aptitude Research found that 90% of respondents require independently verified data when evaluating technology, while 77% would eliminate or disadvantage a provider that cannot explain how its data is sourced and verified.
