Nvidia AI Supply Chain Strategy & DGX Spark Desktop Supercomputer

Nvidia is investing over $40 billion to strengthen its AI supply chain, targeting data centres, components, infrastructure partners, and the wider network needed to deliver AI systems at scale, as constraints in power, networking, memory, cooling, advanced packaging, and data-centre capacity threaten growth. The company also introduced the DGX Spark, a compact desktop system with up to 1 petaflop of AI performance, 128GB of unified memory, and the ability to run inference on models up to 200 billion parameters locally, enabling developers to prototype and test models before moving to cloud or enterprise infrastructure. Technically, NVDA broke above a descending trendline and a key resistance zone, reaching 236 before pulling back. The stock found support around 212, a level that was previously resistance and is now a key pivot. The rebound from 212 toward the 224–228 area suggests buyers are defending the breakout structure. If price remains above 212, the short-term bullish setup stays intact. The first support level to watch is 212, with the 195–198 zone as the next important area; a fall below 195–198 would weaken the bullish outlook.
