JCH Digital Growth has launched a new AI visibility service as artificial intelligence becomes a more prominent part of how consumers and business buyers research companies and evaluate potential providers. The service examines business visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI, providing companies with a snapshot of how they are represented when AI platforms respond to buyer-focused searches. The development follows Razorfish research published in 2026 finding that 94% of U.S. AI users surveyed would consider a brand they had never heard of if an AI assistant recommended it, and 51% reported already purchasing from a brand recommended by an AI assistant. Semrush research also found that among surveyed U.S. B2B professionals who use AI at work, 97% said AI had helped them discover new vendors, 92% said it had influenced their vendor shortlist and 83% said it had influenced their final vendor decision. Alison Prentice of JCH Digital Growth said the new service gives businesses a way to measure that part of their digital presence rather than assuming traditional search visibility tells the whole story. The service is now available to businesses in Canada and the United States.
