Bairong Intelligence Steps Up Repurchase Efforts: Explained From the …

On the evening of July 28, Hong Kong stock 6608.HK Bairong Intelligent released a profit warning, expecting a net loss of 320-360 million yuan in the first half of 2026. Announcements from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange after market close from July 29 to July 31 show the company conducted open-market repurchases for three consecutive days. The profit warning announcement stated: "After the reporting period, the Group's cross-scenario customer expansion continues to make progress, and substantial landing of benchmark customers has recently been achieved in new scenarios such as logistics." Bairong focuses on two things in the "AICC (Intelligent Contact) field": polishing the AICC vertical foundational model, a dedicated SOTA model for call, dialogue, speech comprehension and generation scenarios for intelligent contact, and polishing AI silicon-based customer service, packaging the model into an enterprise-level AI Agent product that can directly replace human agents. The effectiveness of Bairong's AI investment is measured by whether the AICC vertical foundational model can export silicon-based customer services across industries. The logistics landing proves three things: Bairong is not an application company that "applies AI to customer service scenarios," but an AI Agent company using Agentic AI to transform traditional human resource models.
