OpenAI has launched a new update for its ChatGPT chatbot, introducing a Scheduled Tasks feature that allows users to set reminders, automate recurring tasks, and track events and changes automatically. The company said the feature aims to simplify task management and improve notifications, and includes smart monitoring capabilities for tracking updates across the web and connected applications. OpenAI added that the new system offers faster, more stable performance compared to previous versions. The Scheduled Tasks system will replace the “Pulse” feature for proactive tasks in ChatGPT, which will be fully discontinued within the next two weeks. OpenAI announced that the new feature is available starting Thursday for Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise subscribers.
