Israeli Tech Veterans Launch Venture Studio Betting on AI-Speed Softw…

Inevitable AI Group (IAIG), a new Israeli venture studio founded by technology entrepreneurs Nimrod Lehavi and Ofer Bar-Or, has raised $6 million in pre-seed funding led by Aleph to build and launch dozens of software businesses using AI across development, operations and go-to-market. Rather than building a single startup, IAIG works with entrepreneurs to identify established software markets, develop AI-native alternatives and launch them within weeks. Since launching in January, the company says it has already created five ventures and expects to launch dozens more by the end of the year. Lehavi previously founded Simplex, the Israeli payments technology company he sold to Nuvei for $300 million. Bar-Or has more than three decades of experience spanning telecommunications, semiconductors, internet infrastructure, machine learning and deep technology. A graduate of Israel's Talpiot program, he also spent seven years in Israel's space program. The premise is that AI is changing the economics of building a software company, allowing smaller teams to automate much of development and operations. “SaaS isn't dying, it's being reinvented,” said Eden Shochat, equal partner at Aleph. IAIG aims to launch many products in proven categories and see which ones take off.
