Air IT Group has launched a new suite of AI services designed to help SMEs make better decisions about AI adoption and investment. The offering extends Air IT Group’s capabilities beyond Microsoft Copilot, combining its AI Accelerator workshops with a new Air Agent Marketplace, bespoke agent development and AI Managed Services. The services are designed to address what Air IT Group calls the ‘AI Decision Gap’: pressure on businesses to adopt and implement AI without always having a clear view of the business outcomes they want to achieve or where investment will create the greatest value. The AI Accelerator brings senior leaders together for an in-person AI Envisioning Day to define desired outcomes and identify where AI or automation could support them, after which Air IT Group assesses opportunities and builds a sequenced roadmap setting out what to do now, next and later and how success will be measured. At the heart of the launch is the new Air Agent Marketplace, a growing portfolio of ready-to-deploy AI agents built around business challenges and proven use cases, configurable around each organisation’s information, processes and governance requirements before deployment within its Microsoft environment. For the last three years, Air IT Group has been on its own Automation & AI journey as “Customer Zero”, applying AI across the business as it works towards becoming AI Native.
