Each video originates from an Instagram account featuring additional sexualized AI-generated images and videos, some with an AI disclaimer and others without. One video was reposted by the X account @Docquistador on July 24, 2026, captioned: "Nurses, 5 minutes after blowing out your vein trying go start an IV." This video originated from the Instagram account @sophia_mclark, published on July 9, 2026, which does not have any posted AI disclaimers. Many videos show characters wearing work uniforms, dancing identically with the same facial expressions, indicating AI generation from the same motion reference material. Lead Stories uploaded a few seconds of the @sophia_mclark video to Hive Moderation, which determined with 92.3% confidence the input was AI-generated and with 77.1% confidence that the video had been generated with Kling, an AI platform that promotes motion control capabilities.
