storabble, a European startup that aggregates available self-storage space, has published an industry marketplace app on ChatGPT to help people find units in the markets the company serves. Users who search for self-storage within the app will receive matching listings in Austria, France, Germany and Switzerland within their AI conversation. storabble plans to add more countries and expand its inventory of space in garages and warehouses, according to a press release. “We want to make finding a storage unit as convenient as it can possibly be,” said founder Oliver Meyer. “Which channel gets our users there doesn’t matter to us. Whether someone uses storabble as a traditional marketplace or inside ChatGPT, we’re equally happy either way.” Founded in 2023 by students from the University of St. Gallen in St. Gallen, Switzerland, storabble helps consumers find and book self-storage online from its aggregated inventory of more than 15,000 units across 1,350 locations in four countries.
