Yelp’s Other revenue nearly doubled in the second quarter of 2026, increasing 98% year-over-year to a record $33 million, outpacing total Q2 net revenue, which rose just 1% to $375.5 million. The company highlighted Yelp Host, its voice AI product for restaurants, which has handled more than 1 million calls and expanded into food ordering and OpenTable integration, alongside acquired platforms Hatch and RepairPal. Yelp said its trusted local content is now powering local discovery for ChatGPT and other AI partners. Yelp Assistant showed early positive signs of increased engagement during the quarter, while Hatch accelerated its product roadmap. Q2 net income was $31.7 million, representing an 8% margin, compared with $44.1 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA declined 9% to $91.4 million, with Adjusted EBITDA margin falling to 24% from 27%. Yelp narrowed its full-year revenue outlook to $1.460 billion to $1.470 billion and Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $315 million to $325 million. Chief Executive Jeremy Stoppelman said the company’s AI transformation gained momentum, with trusted content powering local discovery for ChatGPT and other AI partners.
