SAS Debuts New AI Marketing Solution

Data and AI organization SAS announced SAS 360 Marketing AI, a solution for marketers to build, deploy, and scale machine learning models for customer journeys, churn prevention, and personalization. The solution uses guided workflows and customizable recipe templates to move from data to decision at speed. It automates data preparation, engineering, and model training, shortens time to deployment, identifies customers most likely to convert, detects and prevents churn, and expands into next-best offer, cross-sell, CLTV, and segmentation. SAS emphasizes governance, monitoring, and bias mitigation, providing full visibility into data inputs and outcomes, built-in bias detection and mitigation, and automated monitoring and governance. The solution can be deployed as a standalone modeling and scoring engine or as part of the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 ecosystem to enhance journey orchestration, decisioning, and personalization.
