The Gyeonggi-do Economic and Science Accelerator will recruit trainees for the "Artificial Intelligence (AI) Professional Human Resources Training Project" by the 30th to cultivate digital talent that meets corporate demand. The project provides young people in the province with opportunities to grow into professionals with practical AI skills, utilizing technologies from Google Cloud, NVIDIA, and Amazon Web Service (AWS) for practical project-oriented education. Over the past two years, the Korea Economic Research and Extension Services trained 164 AI professionals; this year, it plans to select 60 trainees with Google Cloud, Nvidia, and Amazon Web Services. The curriculum includes Google Cloud-based AI application innovation, Nvidia's LLM-Agent project, and AWS-based AI expert training, opened sequentially. Training operates online and offline for two months, with 260 hours of intensive training. Trainees can obtain certification certificates, participate in working-level projects, and attend field trips. Excellent graduates receive the Gyeonggi-do Governor's Award and internship opportunities. Kim Hyun-gon, head of the Korea Research Institute, stated the program combines big tech accredited curricula with practical training capabilities to support immediate AI field capabilities and employment.
