Hippocratic AI has raised $141 million to staff hospitals with clinical AI agents, shifting its focus from generative AI chatbots for clinicians to patients themselves, with its most advanced models using AI agents that perform complex tasks unsupervised. Meanwhile, Kristina Dulaney, RN, PMH-C, founder of Cherished Mom, helped create an AI agent for new mothers focusing on postpartum mental health assessments and depression screening. Separately, Story, the global intellectual property blockchain, has integrated with Stability AI’s models to enable creators, developers, and artists to secure attribution, tracking, and monetization of AI-generated works via blockchain. Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) is investing in AI and biotech. Raspberry AI stated its funding would accelerate product development and add engineering, sales, and marketing talent. The technology is currently used by Under Armour, MCM Worldwide, Gruppo Teddy, and Li & Fung. Existing investors Greycroft, Correlation Ventures, and MVP Ventures joined the round, along with angel investors including Gokul Rajaram and Ken Pilot.
