Vietnam is shifting from a manufacturing destination toward an innovation-driven, knowledge-based economy, requiring a generation equipped to navigate uncertainty and emerging technologies. In Episode 398 of *Vietnam Innovators*, host Tu An spoke with Mr. Jamie Large, Director of Ardingly College International Limited (ACIL), and Ms. Thao Trinh, Deputy General Director of Khoi Nguyen Investment Holdings (KNI), who are helping bring Ardingly College Vietnam—the country's first British boarding school—to life. According to the World Bank, sustaining Vietnam’s transition to a high-income, innovation-driven economy by 2045 depends on human capital and the ability to nurture innovation. Mr. Jamie Large stated that education should cultivate the ability to think independently, adapt to change, and continue learning, emphasizing: “The only constant in the world is 'change'.
