Midjourney has announced its first acquisition, five years after its launch, of the personalized astrology app Co-Star. Co-Star founder Banu Guler and her team will join Midjourney to enhance product development and design, and the service will remain under her control and leadership. The Midjourney team has also announced the launch of new projects, including its own image generation app, and is working on a new video model.
