U.S. stock futures were mixed Wednesday, with Nasdaq 100 futures gaining more than 100 points. FedEx Corp shares fell 6.7% to $295.92 in pre-market trading after reporting fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 results: revenue of $25 billion beat estimates of $24.04 billion, adjusted earnings of $6.31 per share beat estimates of $5.96 per share, but operating margin in the Federal Express segment shrank to 7.7% from 8.4% a year ago. Other stocks moving lower included Cerebras Systems Inc, which dipped 13.6% to $195.78 after reporting first-quarter results; D.R. Horton Inc, which tumbled 11% to $138.99; Spyre Therapeutics Inc, which declined 9.3% to $88.00 after Deutsche Bank analyst David Hoang maintained a Buy and raised the price target from $115 to $135; Ecarx Holdings Inc, which fell 6.1% to $1.08 after gaining over 12% on Tuesday; MoonLake Immunotherapeutics, which dipped 4.9% to $20.18 after announcing pricing of an upsized $200 million public offering; AnaptysBio Inc, which fell 4.8% to $56.60; Shinhan Financial Group Co Ltd, which declined 4.2% to $62.53; TOYO Co., Ltd, which fell
