Sparseal has launched CozyBlanket Pro, a separate application from CozyBlanket with its own toolset, features, and file format, built for geometry cleanup and optimization. Its AI continuously analyzes high- and low-poly meshes and suggests topology improvements in real-time, handling quad-filling tasks, rerouting edge loops, placing poles, and making topology decisions. It also works as a standalone UV unwrapping tool, allowing users to mark seams and tweak UVs in the 3D viewport, pack thousands of islands with GPU acceleration, and export layouts, and it can bake vertex colors, normal maps, and ambient occlusion maps with support for multiple UV sets, UDIMs, custom bake cages, and high-to-low poly mesh workflows. Users can work on entire characters or environments within a single file while keeping multiple high-poly objects organized individually, with a scene outliner for soloing or muting objects plus statistics for the entire scene and individual objects. According to the developer, all AI models run locally on the device and work offline. Sparseal has released the desktop version for Windows and macOS; it is free to download, but a license is required to unlock document saving and exporting within the app. For the first week after launch, a 20% discount is available using the code CBPRORELEASE at checkout.
