A company spokesperson said, "We would rather take ten shots than one. If seven miss and three land, you have still scored." The expansion follows a language-led logic, with French providing access to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and French-speaking Africa, and Spanish positioning the company for Spain and Latin America. Multilingual AI voice agents address the problem of callers dropping out when not understood or judged on accent, capturing demand that would otherwise be lost. The systems use a continuously expanding knowledge base, with each interaction feeding the system so agents improve over time at handling market and vertical specifics. The company views the coupling of data and live conversation as its main competitive advantage. The move comes as AI voice technology adoption accelerates internationally, with the United States leading in AI-driven outbound at significant scale. LeadLift, which has focused primarily on inbound lead generation, will continue developing and testing the approach across pilot markets in the months ahead.
