Radisson Hotel Group, in partnership with Accenture, launched a search and booking application integrated with ChatGPT, named @RadissonHotels, providing natural language access to over 1,000 hotels in 100 countries. The tool displays real-time availability and prices, main amenities, detailed information, and an interactive location map, redirecting users to the Radisson Hotels website to finalise bookings. Gianni Di Fede, Chief Commercial Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, stated, "AI is profoundly transforming how travellers search for and book their hotel stays, and we are determined to be at the forefront of this evolution." According to Accenture's Consumer Pulse Research study, 87% of travellers say they are willing to entrust their hotel search to an AI agent. The feature is based on an MCP accelerator integrated into Accenture's AI Merchant Center. Radisson plans future developments including loyalty programme integration, direct booking within ChatGPT, booking modifications, and AI-assisted concierge features. Ndidi Oteh, CEO of Accenture Song, noted, "As journeys become more conversational and more intention-driven, businesses need to rethink their presence." Other hotel groups have followed this trend: Accor launched its ALL Accor app on ChatGPT in late January, Wyndham and IHG followed, and IHG plans to integrate conversational search on IHG.com and its IHG One Rewards app. Marriott launched a conversational search engine, Ask Bonvoy, in June for its 283 million loyalty
