TeraWulf has signed a 20-year contract with Anthropic to host AI infrastructure, expecting about $19 billion in contracted revenue over the term of the agreement. A roughly 401 MW data center will be built in Kentucky, delivering about 401 MW of critical IT load, with the first capacity expected online in the second half of 2027 and the full campus commissioned by early 2028. Under the terms, Anthropic will lease the purpose-built Justified Data campus. CEO Paul Prager stated the agreement validates the company’s growth strategy and creates a long-term revenue stream from a leading AI market player. Separately, TeraWulf reported it has sold its 50.1% stake in the Abernathy joint venture to an investor group led by Fluidstack, monetizing an investment of about $450 million at a premium to invested capital to redeploy funds into wholly owned AI data centers.
