IT services and technology consulting group Devoteam has announced a strategic partnership with US-based start-up ElevenLabs, a developer of AI voice and audio platforms that enable human-like text-to-speech applications across a wide range of languages. The agreement expands Devoteam's portfolio and aims to support the adoption of AI voice agents in areas such as customer service, operations, and management. Deployment projects will be delivered through customers' preferred cloud environments.
