T-Robotics, a specialist in vacuum robots and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), is accelerating its push into the AI semiconductor and next-generation glass substrate markets, spearheaded by its self-developed "dual parallel-link" vacuum robot arm technology. On the 27th, T-Robotics announced that this robot arm enables stable transport of objects weighing up to 240 kg even in high-vacuum environments at temperatures up to 500°C, with features including minimized process contamination and a reduced turning radius. The company has been pursuing development of the arm since 2021 and is currently developing robots for mass production of next-generation large glass substrates. A company representative stated that as markets for AI semiconductors, advanced packaging, and next-generation glass substrates expand, the value of high-performance vacuum robots will increase further. T-Robotics, a KOSDAQ-listed robotics company founded in 2004, specializes in high-precision vacuum robots for semiconductor and display processes and AMRs for logistics automation.
