xAI launched Build Mode for its AI assistant Grok on Tuesday, a real-time generation feature that allows users to describe requirements in natural language to generate fully functional websites, applications, games, or interactive data dashboards within the chat interface, which can then be published via a shareable link. The feature is currently available as an Early Beta exclusively to SuperGrok Heavy subscribers and supports web, iOS, and Android platforms. xAI stated that Build Mode addresses use cases including landing pages, personal portfolios, corporate websites, practical tools like planners and calculators, arcade racers, puzzle games, and interactive 3D worlds, as well as real-time filterable visualizations from business data. Users can publish finished products to a grok.me link or bind them to a custom domain. By market close, SpaceX shares rose by 2.5%, while the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index declined by 4%.
