boAt announced the first smart audio devices featuring boAt CREST AI, its AI-powered platform built with Google Gemini, introducing “Intelligent Ears” earbuds designed to listen, understand, converse and assist. The experience centers on three capabilities: Crest Ask, G-Assist and Crest Translate. Crest Ask lets users ask questions, explore ideas and have natural conversations with AI through their earbuds. G-Assist integrates across Google Gmail, Tasks and Calendar, enabling voice access to productivity and communication tasks such as summarizing the day or replying to an email. Crest Translate enables real-time, two-way translation across 25+ languages. Gaurav Nayyar, CEO, boAt, said intelligence should not be limited to rooms, desks, pockets or screens, and that CREST AI brings it to users’ ears. Leading the rollout is the boAt Airdopes Prime 800 D, combining CREST AI capabilities with Dolby Audio and 11mm dynamic drivers tuned to boAt Signature Sound, up to 45 hours of total playback, Multipoint Connectivity and four microphones with AI-ENx technology.
