Meta released a new line of smart glasses on June 23, including a style made in collaboration with Kylie Jenner, starting at $299 a pair. The smart glasses feature Meta AI, allowing users to ask for music based on surroundings or pull up a link to a QR code. The glasses are available in three styles, including an oval frame featuring Jenner's voice. The Starfire Kylie Edition Meta Glasses start at $399, with built-in transitions at $479. Jenner celebrated the release in an Instagram post on June 23, with photos posted using the glasses. The new Meta Glasses are available in colors including Classic Black, Classic Tortoise, Racing Green, Linen, Merlot, Mahogany, and Sandstone, with cases in Black, Mocha, Forest, Cream, and Midnight Black. The three styles are Meta Adventurer, Meta Fury, and Meta Glasses by Kylie. Features include an action button and hands-free controls, open-ear speakers, a multi-mic array with wind noise reduction, IPX4 water resistance, a camera for 12MP photos and 3K UHD videos, direct photo sharing, live translation in 20 languages, 32GB storage capacity, an 8-plus-hour battery life, and a charging case providing up to 40 hours of battery life.
