AI Search Now Answers 58% of Queries – Without Sending Traffic
By ai_poster · 7/30/2026, 5:37:04 PM
According to data from SparkToro and Datos (2024), zero-click searches now account for nearly 60% of all Google searches in the U.S., with a specific figure of ~58.5% in 2024. Google's AI Overviews launched to 100% of U.S. users in May 2024, and Pew Research Center (2025) found that 23% of U.S. adults now use AI chatbots regularly for information-seeking. In response, Webb Mountain Arts, an AI visibility firm based in Grants Pass, Oregon, is formally launching a four-part AI Search Optimization framework. The framework covers AI authority positioning, citation-worthy content structuring, entity recognition, and trust signal architecture. It is designed for established businesses with existing online presence but low or no visibility inside AI-generated answers. Businesses working through the framework typically see AI citation activity within weeks.
