On 25 June 2026, BellaNaija held the BellaNaija Next Gen Creator House, a full-day immersive workshop for creators aged 18 to 25, built in partnership with Google Gemini in Lagos. The event featured workshops, mentorship sessions, creator challenges, interactive discussions, and live Google Gemini sessions with industry figures including Toke Makinwa, Tosin Ajibade, Enioluwa Adeoluwa, Korty EO, Abisola Alawode, Uzoamaka Power, and Taiwo Kola–Ogunlade. Toke Makinwa encouraged creators to be hungry for success. Enioluwa Adeoluwa told attendees to bring structure to their craft, stating, “You should provide structure around what you do, have your work hours, and team if you can afford it. Above all, create.” Korty EO shared, “Be interested in your guests, be curious about them and their journeys.” Tosin Ajibade advised, “Follow the trend but evolve while at it.” Taiwo Kola-Ogunlade encouraged creators to let analytics guide decisions, while Uzoamaka Power advocated for authenticity. Abisola Alawode noted that creators can build within organisational structures. BellaNaija’s Head of Editorial and Innovation, Oluwadunsin Sanya, spoke about two decades of positive storytelling.
