The project outlines a vision for 300 decentralized “Microcities” within US federal and military enclaves and international locations, potentially accommodating up to 1 million residents using a 90/10 Hybrid Workforce Model where AI handles 90 percent of routine operations. The clinical program covers 11 intervention groups, including PTSD, substance-use disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. To create a digital profile, a person would wear a 40-sensor haptic suit recording movement, vital signs, and skills, which could then be transferred into humanoid robots or holograms.
