Microsoft Japan has launched its new AI-powered input method, the "Copilot Keyboard," which integrates AI technology for smarter predictive text and more accurate suggestions based on individual typing habits. The keyboard features the return of the classic blue dolphin assistant, Kyle, who previously appeared in early Office software. Users can customize the appearance of the search suggestion box and choose from four AI assistants, each with a unique color scheme, and the assistants include chat functions. The return of Kyle has sparked Japanese netizens to clamor for another classic character, Saeko-sensei, with comments such as, "The official team can't forget her, right? In Japan, it should be Saeko-sensei, shouldn't it??" The Copilot Keyboard is currently available for free download on Microsoft Japan's official website, though it only supports Japanese at this stage.
