GMO Internet Inc., a Japan-based company formerly known as GMO AD Partners Inc., has had its board approve a 10 billion yen deal to acquire GPU servers from NVIDIA. The company operates through two business segments: the Agency segment, which handles internet advertising agency and website marketing, and the Media Ad Tech segment, which develops and operates ad technology products and media contents. GMO Internet has 1,826 employees and operates in the advertising and marketing sector. Its calendar includes an earnings release for Q2 2026 scheduled for Aug. 14.
