Zenity has raised $125 million in a Series C financing round led by Norwest to expand its artificial intelligence agent security and governance platform. New investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures and LG Technology Ventures joined the round, with existing investors Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP and Intel Capital also participating. Zenity plans to use the funding to accelerate product development, expand globally and address growing enterprise demand for security products designed specifically for autonomous AI agents. The company focuses on risks created when AI agents gain access to enterprise data, applications and tools and are permitted to make decisions or execute actions. Its platform analyzes an agent’s intent and can allow, modify or block an action before it occurs. The platform supports agents built on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, Codex and Cursor, as well as custom systems developed through AWS Bedrock and AgentCore, Microsoft Foundry and Google Vertex AI. Zenity said most of its customers are Fortune 500, Global 2000 and other large multinational organizations in regulated industries. The company has tripled its revenue in each of the past two years and expects to triple revenue again during the current year. Zenity Labs has uncovered security vulnerabilities, including zero-click attacks capable of hijacking AI agents. Zenity has more than 230 employees, with its research and development center in Tel Aviv and commercial functions led from New York. The company will use the financing to expand Zenity Labs
