Saint-Gobain has signed a framework agreement with Microsoft focused on accelerating sustainable construction, boosting productivity, and supporting next-generation low-carbon data centers. The collaboration will leverage Microsoft’s digital and AI solutions to enhance Saint-Gobain’s growth, reinvent customer experiences, and pursue net-zero innovation, combining Saint-Gobain’s operational expertise with Microsoft’s digital capabilities to reduce CO₂ emissions and energy consumption across manufacturing facilities. The agreement also explores how Saint-Gobain can help Microsoft accelerate its data center buildout using integrated solutions such as prefabricated sandwich panels, fire-rated glazing, low-carbon concrete admixtures, and low-carbon glass. Saint-Gobain reports a strong pipeline with 1,085 projects in 32 countries at the specification stage, almost a two-fold increase compared to last year.
