RFPs.ai Builds AI Platform for Government Procurement Discovery

Canadian AI startup RFPs.ai is building a multi-agent artificial intelligence platform designed to give B2G sales teams back the time they spend searching government procurement portals. Rather than relying on a single AI agent, the platform is being designed around multiple specialized agents working together to discover RFPs, ingest documents, interpret requirements, evaluate fit and rank government opportunities for each customer. RFPs.ai continuously searches public procurement sources and analyzes opportunities against a customer’s products, services, capabilities, geography, certifications and other requirements. Instead of delivering another large feed of tenders, the platform aims to answer which government opportunities are the best fit for each company. The platform is also designed to learn from customer behaviour over time, as users review, dismiss, save and pursue opportunities to improve future recommendations. Behind the platform, RFPs.ai continues research across deep learning, large language models, AI agents, agent memory, semantic retrieval, document intelligence, recommendation systems, ranking models and automated web discovery. A major area of research is the platform’s ingestion engine, as government procurement information is fragmented across federal, state, provincial, municipal and agency websites and can appear in webpages, PDFs, attachments and complex procurement documents.
