Adamas University and Adamas Tech Consulting, part of the RICE Adamas Group, have opened a new Mumbai office and launched the Adamas School of Experiential Learning, which will offer students 10-day residential learning programs in six cities including Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad. To celebrate the launch, the Group hosted the HR Leadership Conclave 2026 at the Mumbai Cricket Association Centre, themed Reimagining Talent, Technology and Transformation, bringing together more than 80 senior leaders, including CEOs, Managing Directors, CHROs, and HR professionals. According to a statement, Prof. (Dr.) Samit Ray spoke about stronger partnerships between industry and academia, and Group CEO Oommen Thomas shared the institution's vision and future plans. The event was hosted by Abhijit Giri, Senior Vice President, Career Development Centre and Consultancy, and featured keynote sessions by Sanjiv Navangul, Managing Director of Bharat Serums, and Rajat Kapoor, Managing Director of Synergy Consulting. Two panel discussions covered building an agile and AI ready workforce and the role of HR as a strategic transformation partner. A key highlight was the introduction of Adamas Tech Consulting by its Founder Director, Rajat Subhra Roy. Senior representatives from Amazon Web Services India also attended.
