Salesforce and Vivekananda Hospital Pvt. Ltd. (VHPL) announced a collaboration in Kolkata on 27 July, 2026, to transform patient engagement through a connected, AI-powered platform. VHPL is bringing together patient and doctor information, field operations, outreach and AI on a single platform built on the Agentforce 360 Platform and integrated with VHPL’s Hospital Information Management System. The implementation includes Patient 360, Doctor 360, Beat Planning and Campaign Management, providing real-time views and enabling field teams to plan outreach. Automated workflows capture, route, track and nurture patient enquiries, while real-time dashboards provide visibility into engagement activity. Through QR-code-enabled campaigns, patient enquiries from outreach initiatives are captured and routed for follow-up. During VHPL’s Mega Health Carnival in January 2026, these workflows captured more than 600 patient enquiries in three days.
