Kigle and Krix Sign MOU to Kick Off AI-Based Character IP Business

Kigle Co., Ltd. announced Friday it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Krix Co., Ltd. for character intellectual property rights and content activation. The deal combines Kigle’s original IP, including its globally popular character “Cocobi,” with Krix’s artificial intelligence matching technology to expand their global character licensing distribution network. Under the agreement, Kigle will support its original character assets and apply its global marketing know-how, while Krix will use its AI platform to provide customized matching between character IP and businesses, along with suitability analysis and a licensing contract brokerage system. A Kigle official stated that Krix has outstanding expertise in the IP business field and a fast growth trajectory, and that through ongoing collaboration, the companies will strengthen the global competitiveness of their characters and create new added value.
