Enterprise AI startup SuperManager AGI, formerly Oqlous AGI, is in an active acquisition process with a Fortune 100 global firm, according to sources aware of the development. The proposed transaction is valued at around Rs 50 crore and is currently under process, with both sides working towards closing the deal. The identity of the prospective acquirer could not be ascertained, and it is not immediately clear whether the parties have signed a definitive agreement. Founded in early 2025 by Nirmal Nambiar and Aditya Sharma, SuperManager AGI develops an enterprise agentic AI platform that enables businesses to deploy autonomous AI agents across Project Management & Execution. If completed, the deal would transfer ownership of the startup's technology stack to the acquiring Fortune 100 firm, while the founding team is expected to join the acquirer to help scale the platform globally. Nambiar, an IIT Dharwad alumnus, previously worked as a product manager at Microsoft before starting the company with Sharma, who leads the startup's technology development. SuperManager AGI was initially launched as Oqlous AGI before rebranding earlier this year. The startup's platform is built on its proprietary Beehive Agentic Architecture and Agentic Data Architecture (ADA), with the underlying research published as a peer reviewed paper. According to SuperManager AGI, it serves more than 100 organizations, including Fortune 100 companies, is backed by Perplexity, and has strategic partnerships with Z.ai
