The capital will fund deeper investment in artificial intelligence and automation, support key hires across engineering, AI, and go-to-market functions, and accelerate the company’s expansion as DSOs increasingly look to technology to manage growing administrative complexity. InsideDesk’s platform automates claims processing, improves collections visibility, and reduces administrative burden, with its AI layer designed to surface collection opportunities and flag issues before they result in lost revenue. MB2 Dental, one of the nation’s largest dental partnership organizations, is an existing InsideDesk customer and provided validation for the company’s commercial traction in the announcement.
