Insygna, an AI-native platform, launched the Insygna Agent Report Card, a free public service allowing any company to independently test an AI agent and receive a security score before granting system access. The service provides a score out of 100 across six security dimensions, a shareable Insygna Verified™ badge, and a full list of findings with version control. Co-Founder and CEO Michael Beygelman stated that AI agents get system access like employees but without verification, making a free background check the least a company should require. The launch responds to market concerns about rogue AI agents that breach systems, leak data, and run up costs. Gartner projects the average Fortune 500 enterprise will operate more than 150,000 AI agents by 2028, up from roughly 15 in 2025, and reports only 13 percent of organizations believe they have controls to manage them. The median AI agent Insygna has tested scores below 50 out of 100, with roughly six in ten scoring below 50. The score is weighted across Secret Exposure, Dependency Vulnerabilities, Code Security, Container Hardening, LLM Security measured against the OWASP LLM Top 10, and Image Security. Beygelman emphasized the need for a reputable third party to test agents in real time, rather than relying on platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, OpenAI, or Anthropic to grade their own agents. The Agent Report is a trust pillar of the Ins
