A closed-door interview of Bill Gates conducted by the House Oversight Committee, released on Tuesday (June 23), named two Russian women as partners in his extramarital affairs: Mila Antonova and Karima Nigmatulina, along with Alice Jacobs Nesselrodt. Gates admitted to having three affairs while being married to Melinda. Mila Antonova, an avid bridge player born in Russia, met Gates at a bridge event; his affair with her took place before 2013 and had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. Karima Nigmatulina is a Russian nuclear physicist who completed her education from Princeton and MIT, and serves as the general manager of a Moscow-based company called Asterus. Gates met her during her work on "disease modelling and nuclear fission work" while she worked for TerraPower, where Gates was an investor; he acknowledged getting physical with her in London. Gates told the Committee he confessed all his affairs to his wife, which was "distressing" for Melinda, but they "did not talk about getting divorced".
